Our Founder
Jolomi E. Omatete
Founder & Principal, Agurama Advisory
Jolomi is a seasoned procurement executive with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning federal agencies and Fortune 500 companies. As a former Branch Chief and Contracting Officer at the National Institutes of Health, he led portfolios exceeding $500M, reduced procurement lead times, standardized acquisition processes, and championed digital transformation initiatives that improved compliance and customer experience.
His private-sector foundation includes roles at Intel Corporation, where he managed global supplier relationships and implemented cost-saving innovations, and at Equity Methods, where he drove post-merger integration and software adoption. Known for his collaborative leadership and commitment to operational excellence, Jolomi founded Agurama Advisory to help organizations bridge policy with performance—and build the procurement capabilities needed for the future.
